Pricing & Availability

All prices and unit availability shown on this website are indicative pre-launch figures shared by the developer and are subject to changeat the developer's discretion. Final pricing, applicable taxes, GST, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits and any incidental costs are confirmed only at the time of booking via the developer's allotment letter.

Where a price band is shown (e.g. “₹1.6 – 2.4 Cr”), the lower bound is the developer's indicated start price for the smallest available unit configuration and the upper bound is the indicated price for the largest configuration disclosed in the pre-launch campaign. Actual unit prices vary by floor, view, facing direction and specific unit selected. The phrase “Price may differ based on unit selected” should be read alongside every price band on this site.

Expression of Interest (EOI)

Submitting an EOI on this site does not create a binding sale. EOIs are governed by the specific developer's pre-launch terms, which are shared with you before any EOI amount is collected. EOI amounts, where applicable, are held by the developer (not by PropFolioManager) and are refundable or adjustable per the developer's stated policy at the time of EOI submission.

Use of Information

Personal information you submit (name, contact details, budget where given) is held securely by PropFolioManager and used only to share project drops that match your stated preferences and to follow up on EOIs. Brokerage

PropFolioManager is paid by the developer on successful bookings — there is no brokerage chargeable to you as the buyer.
